"It is a privilege to be able to provide a space where you can feel heard and supported in making the changes needed to improve your quality of life"
Kat is a clinical psychologist based in Brisbane, whose practice focuses on perinatal, perimenopause, and women’s mental health. She supports women through the complex emotional, hormonal, and identity shifts that arise during fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and midlife transitions. Her work is grounded in compassion, clarity, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience.
Kat provides neurodiversity‑affirming care and works thoughtfully with clients navigating ADHD, autism, and the unique ways neurodivergence shapes emotional wellbeing, identity, and relationships.
